Burj Azizi: Dubai’s Upcoming Mega-Tower Aims for the Sky and the Spotlight

On February 18, 2025, Azizi Developments officially launched sales for Burj Azizi, a new architectural marvel set to become the second-tallest tower in the world at 725 meters. Located on Dubai’s prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road, this project represents the city’s latest step in redefining luxury, innovation, and global living.

A New Landmark

Burj Azizi will feature over 131 floors of residential, hotel, and commercial space. The development is designed to offer a complete vertical lifestyle experience — blending modern architecture, world-class amenities, and cultural influences into a single destination.

Luxury Living

The tower will offer:

  • Spacious 1- and 2-bedroom apartments

  • Premium holiday homes between the 14th and 53rd floors

  • Exclusive penthouses between the 72nd and 88th floors

Studios will not be available, as the focus is on larger, high-end units. Prices start from AED 10,000 per square foot, with sizes beginning at 800 square feet.

World-Class Amenities

Key features of the tower include:

  • A beach club on the 16th-floor podium

  • Retail and dining from the 1st to 7th floors

  • Ballrooms and party spaces on the 10th floor

  • Observation decks between the 127th and 129th floors

  • Café and restaurants between the 119th and 122nd floors

The hotel within the tower will span multiple levels and feature themed floors inspired by seven different cultures, including Iran, Turkey, France, China, India, and Morocco.

Record-Breaking Ambitions

Burj Azizi is expected to set several world records upon completion, including:

  • Highest lobby

  • Highest hotel amenities

  • Highest nightclub

  • Highest cinema

  • Second-highest restaurant in the world
